Monday through Friday (8Hr Day) Purchaser job description Below is a description of the Purchaser role/responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage POs (purchase orders) using MRP software; track shipments and resolve any delivery issues Communicate with vendors regarding open orders, scheduling, and RFQs Communicate with the appropriate departments/purchase requesters about order statuses, including any order delays or issues Negotiate piercing, lead times, and terms with vendors Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials Buy items from our online vendors as required by our MRP (material requirement planning) software Make weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on PO's Work with the accounting department to research inaccuracies in receiptspared to invoices Obtain RMAs from supplies and process DMR parts through the system

Skills:

Strong written and verbalmunication skills Ability to multitask and set priorities according to current demands Ability to deliver solutions under tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) or Google Doc/Sheets Detailed oriented Technical parts knowledge—electronicponents are a plus! Pay Details:
