Creative Performance Strategist (Junior to mid level) $40/hr (w2) | Beverly Hills, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Starts May 1 and goes thru July 2026 We're looking for a junior Creative Performance Strategist to support paid media and creative testing, with a strong focus on Meta ( & Instagram) . This role sits at the intersection of paid media and creative, helping turn performance data into high-performing ad concepts. What you'll do: Support creative strategy for Meta and paid social campaigns Analyze performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and identify winning trends Write clear creative briefs for designers and creators Partner with paid media + creative teams to develop ad assets (video, static, UGC-style) Test, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance What we're looking for: 2-4 years in paid social, performance marketing, or creative strategy Familiarity with Meta ads and performance metrics Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly
