We're looking for a Media Buyer who thrives on scaling paid acquisition, testing aggressively, and turning data into profitable decisions. This role sits at the core of our growth strategy; owning campaigns across Meta, Google, and other key channels to drive consistent, measurable revenue. Because we operate in a regulated and high-scrutiny space, we need someone who understands how to navigate platform limitations while still finding scalable angles and winning campaigns. Creativity, analytical thinking, and speed matter just as much as experience. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where your work directly shapes revenue, growth, and brand direction. Key Responsibilities Create, manage and report on ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic networks and other traditional media outlets. Oversee the entire paid advertising function including ad strategy, creative coordination and paid social media campaigns. Optimize advertising budgets and performance metrics such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Negotiate rates, placements, and contract terms directly with media sales representatives and publishers. Analyze campaign data in real time, perform A/B testing, and adjust targeting or bidding strategies to improve campaign performance. Identify and analyze target demographics using market research tools and audience insights. Track competitor ad spend, messaging strategy, and channel placement to identify opportunities and trends. Reconcile publisher invoices and manage monthly billing discrepancies. Assist media planners in selecting optimal distribution channels for campaigns. Monitor emerging ad formats, algorithm updates, and privacy regulations. Maintain a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value), and apply these metrics to optimize campaign profitability and customer acquisition strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and analytics tools. Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to translate metrics into strategic media decisions. Exceptional networking and negotiation skills to secure the best ad placements. Experience managing paid social campaigns, ad creatives, and performance-driven marketing initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field; 1-3+ years of hands-on campaign management experience
