Overview Overview:
The Associate is an integral role on the Video Investment Team. This person is key to the development and maintenance of all campaigns across all video channels. The Associate maintains quality control of the media campaigns in market and continually evaluates and improves performance against client goals. This role is also key to building and maintaining industry partner relationships. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who wants to make an impact, bring, and execute on ideas across the video eco-system (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, and Addressable). The candidate must have a strong understanding of the TV landscape.
Role Objectives:
Daily maintenance of account including, but not limited to: schedule changes, ADU requests, deal delivery, billing, budget revisions, post buy analyses, etc. Research, strategy, planning, and presentation of plans (full execution) Planning, buying, and negotiation of media (inclusive of TV, desktop, mobile, OTT, FEP, Connected TV, Addressable TV) Manage media authorizations and reconciliation reviews Liaise with Traffic, Creative, Ad Ops (TAAG), and Analytics teams to manage deliverables Develop thoughtful insights for post-campaign reports across all video channels Develop and foster strong relationships with vendors and clients Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/trends, and competitive landscape Effectively answer posts looking beyond a simple

increase or decrease, carefully analyze schedule to determine true cause of poor performance (i.e. poor rotations, missed spots, outside viewership, station contests etc.), being as specific as possible when answering a post Accurately prepare necessary paperwork and meet due dates pertaining to: cost requests, competitive reports, merchandising, and posts
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline; and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong oral/written communication and negotiation skills Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range:
USD $40,280.00 - USD $53,445.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
