Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Social Media Strategist to support a busy marketing team during a leave coverage period. This role is ideal for a hands-on social media professional who brings strong experience in organic social, digital marketing, and paid media, with a particular focus on LinkedIn advertising.

This person will act as a key partner to the hiring manager and take ownership of strategy and execution across social channels with minimal oversight. The right candidate is highly organized, performance-driven, and confident managing campaigns from planning through reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead social media strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn and XManage and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedInSupport promotion of approximately six survey launches running from now through DecemberWrite and schedule social posts aligned with campaign goals and brand standardsDevelop creative assets using Canva or coordinate production with internal creative teamsMonitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizationsTrack, analyze, and report on campaign results, including ROI and performance insightsPartner with internal and global stakeholders to support launches and promotional initiativesCoordinate timelines, workflows, and approvals across cross-functional teamsProject ScopeThis contract role will focus on executing social and paid media efforts tied to multiple survey launches over the coming months. Responsibilities include campaign planning, copywriting, creative coordination, scheduling, paid execution, optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting.
