Role & Responsibility Set up and launch paid media campaigns across social, programmatic display, and video platforms based on the strategic direction outlined by senior team members. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they deliver to budget and meet client goals. Provide proactive recommendations for optimization among campaigns, ad groups, and creative assets. Support paid search campaign management including keyword research, ad copy recommendations, and bid optimization under the guidance of senior buyers. Pull and aggregate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable takeaways that identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop a deep understanding of paid media platforms and their levers, including AI and machine learning assisted functions like automated bid strategies and Advantage+. Apply learnings to optimize campaigns in alignment with client goals and KPIs. Effectively assist with presenting analysis and reporting to clients. Build confidence in client-facing communication. Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team on integrated reporting that aligns with paid search, organic search, and website analytics. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaign strategies remain competitive. Share learnings and findings proactively with the internal team. If you're right for the role, you will… Have 1-2 years of experience in a digital advertising or marketing environment, or a related internship with hands-on campaign work. Have a foundational understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and programmatic/display buying. Be familiar with paid search tools and tactics including RSAs, keyword match strategies, and campaign structure fundamentals. Have a working awareness of GA4 and how to connect campaign performance to on-site behavior. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and time management while balancing multiple clients and project timelines. Be a strong communicator with a desire to grow into a client-facing role. Possess insatiable curiosity and a growth mindset. This role is built for someone who wants to learn fast and take on more responsibility. Have a bachelor's degree in a related field.
