Drive Results Across Channels as an Integrated Media Buyer! Are you a media expert who lives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution? Brandon is seeking an Integrated Media Buyer to lead campaign execution and optimization across traditional, digital, paid social, and retail media. Integrated Media Buyer:
Execute media buys across traditional (TV, radio, OOH), digital (display, native, CTV/OTT), paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X), and retail media (Instacart, Walmart, Roundel, Tractor Supply). Be well versed across paid social and digital media platforms and advise on creative strategy aligned with platform best practices. Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily to improve ROI, delivery, and key KPIs. Manage vendor relationships, including rate negotiation, insertion orders, billing, and added value. Collaborate closely with planning, search, creative, analytics, and ad ops teams. Provide clear and compelling performance reporting with data-driven recommendations. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and media consumption behaviors. Mentor junior media team members and support cross-training within the media department. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: 3-5+ years of media buying experience across digital, paid social, retail, and traditional platforms. Strong understanding of audience targeting, platform-specific ad formats, and campaign execution. Experience with in-platform management tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, DV360, Google Ads). Analytical mindset with excellent skills in performance reporting and optimization. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and solutions-driven.
Bonus points for:
Experience with retail media platforms such as Walmart, Instacart, Roundel, and Amazon. Familiarity with media measurement and attribution tools. Exposure to omnichannel campaign integration. Platform certifications (Meta, Google, Amazon DSP, etc.). and be part of a team that thrives on pushing boundaries, shaping performance media, and winning for our clients.
