About the Role We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Media Planner to join our growing media team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates who are excited about advertising, media, toys, gaming, entertainment, and consumer culture. In this role, you will support the development of media strategies for integrated advertising campaigns for leading brands while gaining hands-on experience across media planning, campaign execution, reporting, optimization, and client support. You will work closely with the Vice President, Client Partnerships and broader media team to help deliver strategic, data-driven campaigns across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Media Planning & Strategy Support
- Assist in the development of media plans and campaign recommendations across channels including tv, social, video, display, programmatic, influencer, and retail media
- Apply audience, market, and competitive research to support strategic planning
- Help organize campaign data, insights, and benchmarks for recommended optimizations
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic ideas for client campaigns Campaign & Reporting Support
- Assist with campaign setup coordination, tracking delivery, and end of campaign wrap up
- Support campaign reporting by organizing performance data and preparing client ready summaries
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify trends, learnings, and optimization opportunities
- Maintain reporting trackers, pacing documents, and campaign status updates Client & Team Support
- Support the Vice President, Client Partnerships with day-to-day account and project needs
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, and internal documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, media partners, and vendors as needed
- Help manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Media Studies, Analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in data analysis, tv/digital advertising, and media strategy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in advertising, marketing, media, analytics, or related fields
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Google Ads, programmatic, or linear media is a plus
- Interest in gaming, entertainment, toys, fandom culture, or consumer trends is a bonus.
