Allentown, PA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Qualifications LinkedIn Social media advertising campaigns Data analysis reporting Word processing Paid advertising campaign management Ad delivery systems (technically supported) Research Digital campaign management Bachelor's degree Attention to detail TikTok Productivity software Media buying and planning Marketing agency experience Campaign performance reporting Data analysis software Marketing campaign budget management Full Job Description Job description: Support Media Team in the planning and development of paid media campaigns for digital advertising tactics Provide spend recommendations for various tactics available through digital advertising platforms (StackAdapt, Spotify, AudioGo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to the Media Team Research digital media options during planning process based upon clients' goals, including targeting options, ad formats, and campaign structure Execute client-approved digital media buys for multiple Agency clients Monitor digital media campaigns for performance and budgetary pacing on a regular basis Evaluate potential delivery of a wide range of digital media vehicles to determine which would most effectively drive KPIs Set up and facilitate implementation of social/digital tracking strategies, including Meta Conversions API (CAPI), LinkedIn Insight Tag, Stackadapt Universal Pixel, etc. Work with digital media sales representatives to develop customized programs that meet client budgets and goals, as needed Develop and maintain all digital media buys and post-buy analysis reporting Maintain client reporting through interactive dashboard(s) (via Google Data Studio) and provide actionable insights inform strategic shifts. Strong working knowledge of the Agency's digital media buying software is a plus (StackAdapt, AudioGo, etc.) Source and communicate necessary ad material specifications and deadlines for all tactics within an approved plan Hybrid schedule available following first 90 days in office Requirements A four-year degree 3 - 6 years of experience in a media department/advertising agency Experience in the research, planning, and execution of digital and social media ad campaigns Strong experience with StackAdapt, TikTok, Meta, Disney Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms, including full campaign setup, audience creation, ad approval/support, and reporting Strong written and oral communication skills Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven environment A lifelong learner with the desire to keep current in the changing digital media world through self-directed efforts
