Job Description

Experteer Overview Senior Paid Digital Media Buyer responsible for driving global lead generation through paid campaigns across major display and native platforms. You will manage sizable monthly budgets, leverage data and audience insights to optimize performance, and collaborate with strategy, planning, and creative teams to scale high-impact advertising. This role supports the sales organization by delivering qualified leads and maximizing ROAS in a fast-paced, cross-platform environment. You'll work with partners like Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi, and Outbrain to push continuous improvements and uncover new growth opportunities.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Design, manage and optimize digital media campaigns across major ad platforms to hit client acquisition and ROAS goals
  • Develop audience strategies using first- and third-party data, including segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modeling
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement data-driven optimization
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Planning and in-house Creative to develop ads, testing frameworks, and messaging
  • Lead ongoing testing programs across audiences, creatives, formats and placements to drive incremental gains
  • Partner with platform providers to stay ahead of best practices and maximize performance Tasks
  • 3+ years of hands-on paid digital media experience as buyer/planner/analyst or account manager
  • Deep experience managing campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain with audience strategy, creative testing, and budget management
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) for data analysis
  • Experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar) to inform optimization decisions Key requirements
