Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive global lead generation through paid media campaigns across display, demand generation, and native platforms. You'll optimize large monthly budgets using data, testing, and audience insights to improve performance. You work closely with Strategy, Planning, and creative teams to craft high-impact ads and testing frameworks. Your efforts directly support the global sales team and scalable growth. This is a hands-on, data-driven opportunity to shape acquiring strategies at scale.
Compensation / Benefits
Design, manage and optimize digital media campaigns across multiple platforms to meet client acquisition and ROAS targets
Develop audience strategies using first- and third-party data, including segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modeling
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and implement data-backed optimizations
Collaborate with Strategy, Planning, and in-house creative to develop ads, testing frameworks, and messaging
Lead ongoing testing across audiences, creative, formats, and placements to unlock incremental gains
Partner with platform teams (Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi, Outbrain) to apply best practices and identify test opportunities Tasks
3+ years' hands-on paid digital media experience with full-funnel campaign responsibilities
Extensive experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain
Data analysis proficiency using Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI or similar) Key requirements
