Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you drive global lead generation and ROI throughperformance-focused paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and X. You'll refine audiences, run data-driven tests, and partner with Strategy, Planning, and creative teams to deliver high-impact ads. You'll own optimization at scale, uncover new opportunities, and contribute to a mission of helping investors grow. This position offers hands-on ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape global growth through paid social excellence.
Compensation / Benefits
- Design, manage and optimize digital media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and X to meet client acquisition and ROAS goals
- Develop audience strategies using first- and third-party data, including segmentation, retargeting and lookalike modeling
- Perform in-depth campaign performance analysis, identify trends and implement data-backed optimization
- Collaborate with Strategy & Planning and in-house creative to develop high-impact ads, testing frameworks and messaging
- Lead ongoing testing across audiences, creative, formats and placements to unlock incremental gains
- Partner with platform teams to stay ahead of best practices and maximize performance Tasks
- 3+ years of hands-on paid social media experience in a buyer/planner, digital media analyst, or account manager role
- Deep experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and X Ads including audience strategy, creative testing, and budget management
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI or similar) for optimization Key requirements
