Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive global growth by designing and managing paid digital campaigns across display, demand gen, and native platforms to generate high-quality leads for the global sales team. You will optimize large monthly budgets through data-driven testing and audience insights, collaborating with Strategy, Planning, and creative teams to craft impactful ads and messaging. You will run ongoing testing programs and partner with platform providers to stay ahead of best practices and maximize ROAS. This opportunity combines global scale, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong emphasis on data-backed decision making.
Compensation / Benefits
Design, manage and optimize digital campaigns across Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain to meet client acquisition and ROAS goals
Develop and refine audience strategies using first and third-party data, including segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modeling
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-backed optimization strategies
Collaborate with Strategy and Planning and in-house creative agency to develop high-impact ads, testing frameworks, and messaging
Lead ongoing testing across audiences, creatives, formats, and placements to unlock incremental performance gains
Work with platform partners (Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain) to stay current on best practices and test opportunities Tasks
3+ years of hands-on paid digital media experience as a buyer/planner, digital media analyst, or account manager
Extensive experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain with focus on audience strategy, creative testing, and budget management
Proficient in data analysis using Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
Experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar) to inform optimization decisions Key requirements
