Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a financial data organization, is seeking a Senior Digital Media Planner to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

Develop and execute digital media plans to support marketing goals and campaign objectives Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behaviors, and media habits Build and manage the appropriate media mix for digital advertising campaigns Launch, coordinate, optimize, and monitor digital ad campaigns to ensure performance against KPIs Manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, , Bing, and Google Ads Support SEO efforts to improve visibility and campaign effectiveness Lead the creation of media plans and contribute to innovative, high-impact campaigns

About You:

Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of marketing experience At least 1+ years of experience leading the creation of media plans Strong experience managing digital advertising campaigns from strategy through execution Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics Experience working across multiple advertising platforms and tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
