Job Title:
Product Information Management (PIM) Intern Department Item Database
  • Enrichment
  • Position Summary The Product Information Management (PIM) Intern will support the Digital and Product teams in maintaining accurate, complete, and high-quality product data within the company's PIM system.
This internship provides hands-on experience in product data governance, data enrichment, and cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and IT teams. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in eCommerce, data management, digital operations, or product content strategy.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and updating product information within the PIM system
  • Support data enrichment activities including:
  • Product descriptions
  • Technical specifications
  • Images and digital assets
  • Categorization and attributes
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies across systems (ERP, PIM, eCommerce platform)
  • Support new product launches by ensuring product content is complete and published on time
  • Assist in standardizing product taxonomy and attribute structures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate product information
  • Document processes and help improve data governance practices
  • Generate basic reports on product data quality and completeness
  • Qualifications Required
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
  • Business
  • Marketing
  • Information Systems
  • Data Analytics
  • Supply Chain
  • Or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred
  • Familiarity with PIM, ERP, or eCommerce platforms
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle management
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Knowledge of data quality principles
