About The Workroom LA The Workroom LA is a vertically integrated apparel company operating across multiple brands and business divisions, including women's fashion, private label development, and manufacturing. We are passionate about creating exceptional products, building strong partnerships, and continuously improving the way apparel is designed, developed, and brought to market. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Product Development Coordinator to support the product development process from concept through production readiness. This individual will work closely with Design, Product Development, Production, and overseas vendors to ensure products move efficiently from development into production. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external vendors to successfully execute product development. Create, update, and manage tech packs, spec sheets, and product development documentation. Track fabric, trim, lab dip, strike-off, and sample development from concept through approval. Maintain development calendars, reports, fabric libraries, trim libraries, and development binders. Identify and help resolve construction, fit, and manufacturing challenges throughout the development process. Communicate daily with factories and vendors regarding development status, approvals, and follow-up actions. Coordinate proto, fit, salesman, and pre-production samples to ensure timelines are met. Support fittings and distribute comments and revisions to vendors. Maintain accurate product information within company systems, including ERP and Airtable platforms. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in apparel product development, production, or merchandising. Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and fit processes. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. AIMS360 and Airtable experience are a plus.
