Job Description:
Product Developer A well-known fashion brand is currently seeking a Product Developer to support the product lifecycle from concept through production. This person will partner closely with Design, Technical Design, Production, Sourcing, and Vendor teams to help ensure product is developed and delivered on time while meeting quality, cost, and brand standards.
What You'll Be Doing :
Manage product development from concept through production approva lCoordinate sample development, fittings, approvals, and production readines sTrack development calendars, milestones, and key deliverable sPartner cross-functionally with Design, Technical Design, Production, and Sourcing team sCommunicate with domestic and overseas vendors regarding development status, costing, and timeline sMaintain product specifications, BOMs, tech packs, and development documentatio nMonitor WIP reports and proactively address development risk sSupport fabric, trim, and raw material development as neede d What We're Looking Fo r:3+ years of Product Development experience within apparel, accessories, or consumer produc tsStrong understanding of the product lifecycle from concept through producti onExperience working with overseas vendors and factori esStrong organizational, communication, and project management skil lsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environme ntProficiency in Microsoft Excel; PLM experience preferr edDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skil ls
