Job Overview:
Azazie is looking for a Product Manager focused on AI solutions, workflow automation, and generative AI applications to help transform both the customer experience and internal operational efficiency across the business. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, technically curious, and excited about applying AI in practical, measurable ways - not just experimenting with tools, but building scalable workflows and product experiences that drive real impact. This is not a purely strategic role - we are looking for someone who can both define product direction and actively prototype, test, and implement AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI across the customer journey and internal operations Build and manage AI-powered product initiatives from concept to launch Design and optimize workflow automations using AI tools, APIs, and related platforms Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing and internal systems Work closely with stakeholders to translate operational pain points into scalable AI solutions Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize AI workflows and experiences Stay current with emerging AI technologies, vendors, models, and best practices Help establish internal AI processes, governance, and best practices

Qualifications:
3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce, or technology-driven environments Hands-on experience building or implementing AI workflow automations Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and practical business applications Experience using AI tools, APIs, or automation platforms Ability to move quickly, prototype ideas, and iterate based on results Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment
