Job Description

Who we are looking for We are looking for an aspiring candidate to be with us on the path to our fast-growing business. Our company is renowned as the No. 1 Ginseng Brand/manufacturer on the planet, with more than 127 years of authentic history, and our headquarters is in South Korea. We are now making inroads into the mainstream market in the US with a variety of product line-ups and dynamic marketing activities. The product manager we want to work with is expected to be capable of thinking strategically and executing proactively, skilled at communication and data analysis, self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to grow. Most importantly, he or she is expected to be highly insightful, with a deep understanding of the packaged food & beverage market, healthy food and supplement trends, and consumer lifestyle shifts. Roles and responsibility Manage product development and product mix, design price-and-cost structures, and lead product introduction between HQ in Korea and the US team. Analyze market competition and be up to date about new market opportunities. Develop product concept, packaging design, pricing, and conduct consumer surveys. Work with R&D, the manufacturers, and all the relevant suppliers. Design product labels in cooperation with the design team and HQ, reviewing label statements in compliance with FDA regulations Develop a go-to-market strategy and action plans and manage end-to-end. Create SNS digital content, copywriting, product-concept boards, website product content, and sell sheets and ads. Manage the agencies for marketing, SEM, SNS, etc., with the budget given. Support the on/offline sales team to support their sales activities. Communicate with the supply chain management team regarding product shipping, assembly, etc. Conduct consumer surveys and analyze the results needed to identify consumers' and customers' unmet needs and desires. Other duties as flexibly assigned as needed. Report to manager or director regularly Required Skills/Characteristics More than 3 years of full-time work experience managing products and marketing content in the food and beverage or dietary supplement area. English native. Bilingual skills in Korean & English, written and verbal. Highly developed analytic and creative thinking skill Proficient in MS Office, AI platforms, Audio/Video program Experience in Asian (or Asian corporate) culture. Bachelor's degree preferred. No issue with a business trip Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Must possess a legal driver's license and be capable of driving. Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
