This is not a logo design role. We're looking for someone who understands graphic design, garment construction, fit, fabrics, trims, graphics, and factory development.
Responsibilities:
Design new men's and women's apparel Create graphics, prints, and garment concepts Develop technical apparel and performance products Create tech packs and factory-ready specifications Source fabrics, trims, and construction details Communicate directly with domestic and overseas factories Manage sampling, revisions, and fit approvals Help build complete collections from concept to production
Qualifications:
Experience designing apparel for established brands Strong understanding of garment construction and fit Experience creating professional tech packs Experience working directly with factories and sample rooms Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, washes, and manufacturing Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and production requirements
Bonus Points:
Experience with fitness, streetwear, performance apparel, or activewear Experience designing women's apparel Experience developing premium cut-and-sew products Portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and garment development
