As part of this team, you will support Apple's growth, both top and bottom line, by applying the same level of innovation toward financial matters as we do toward our products and services. We work closely with various business teams to deeply understand current and future commercial initiatives and then partner with data engineering, data science, and full stack development teams to ensure our finance teams are fully empowered to operate efficiently and make well-informed decisions

Description We are looking for an outgoing professional with strong program management instincts, high analytical capacity, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills to support the WW Sales Finance organization. In this role, you will be embedded at the intersection of finance domain expertise and AI product development
- serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the teams building next-generation AI tools for finance.
You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution and coordination of our AI-powered finance roadmap, ensuring work is moving forward with clear ownership, accountability, and measurable progress. - including writing requirements, consolidating and proposing priorities, and analyzing user feedback with guidance from senior team members Identify and drive solutions in response to user feedback, translating observations into actionable product improvements Lead documentation and knowledge-building efforts
- maintaining shared context, frameworks, and curated resources that support team onboarding and continuity Review and validate SQL queries in collaboration with technical partners, developing proficiency in data verification and quality assurance Coordinate and ensure readiness for capability launches
- managing go/no-go criteria, testing participation, and adoption follow-through Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or analyses, demonstrating intellectual curiosity beyond the immediate scope of work Translate business requirements into technical requirements and work with engineering partners to assess feasibility and form project plans Build and maintain program infrastructure•project trackers, RACI frameworks, launch checklists, and retrospective processes•that scale as the team and roadmap grow Collaborate with engineering and data partners to influence tool and pipeline design decisions that improve usability and long-term maintainability Document and share reusable frameworks, templates, and tools to improve onboarding and speed up solution delivery Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of program management, consulting or financial/business/data analyst experience Excellent problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to change direction quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in business terms Confirmed ability to conduct complex, data-driven analysis Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial modeling A basic understanding of data design pattern differences between transactional ERP systems (e.
g. SAP) and analytical data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake) Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and curiosity about how large language models and AI-powered tools can be applied to financial analysis and reporting Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets Experience with program management tools and methodologies Experience with data analytics tools and languages (e.g. R, Python) Experience building interactive data visualizations and strong storytelling skills (e.g. Tableau, Streamlit) Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of program management, consulting or financial/business/data analyst experience BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or BS/MS in STEM or a quantitative field (CS, Applied Statistics, Operations Research) Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
