200632957-0836 The Legal and Global Security Solutions (LGS Solutions) team is seeking a Discovery Solution Manager to lead discovery technology transformation initiatives and be responsible for existing discovery platforms and solutions. This role requires strong, hands-on product management experience with discovery technologies, demonstrating an agile approach throughout the software development lifecycle. Description A Discovery Solution Manager with deep expertise in product management and a strong working knowledge of discovery technologies. In this role, you'll lead the product strategy, development, and optimization of our eDiscovery platform and its integrations with various 1st party and 3rd party technologies and tools. You'll drive innovation to ensure our solutions remain robust, scalable, and aligned with legal and compliance demands. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our eDiscovery solutions Define and execute a product roadmap that enhances workflows across ingestion, processing, review, analytics, and production Identify opportunities to integrate new discovery technologies that improve speed, accuracy, or cost-efficiency Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and drive improvements Lead initiatives to incubate new product ideas or drive key enhancements Translate strategic insights and requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements Partner closely with engineering and design teams, using iterative feedback from users and the market to refine product features continuously Discovery Tools Integration Evaluate and manage integrations with current products and platforms Drive interoperability between systems to enable seamless data movement, visualization, analytics, and reporting Collaborate with engineering teams to design and build solutions leveraging APIs, custom scripts, and third-party plug-ins Build out use cases and business cases for third-party technology adoption or deprecation Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of product management experience in legal tech, with a focus on discovery and compliance Strong working knowledge of discovery technology, including administrative experience and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations Hands-on experience with third-party eDiscovery tools (e.g., RelativityOne, Everlaw, Exterro, DISCO, Logikcull, Nuix, Reveal, etc.) Experience managing API integrations and working closely with engineering on technical implementation BS Degree in Computer Science or job related work experience Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with privacy, regulatory compliance, or data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery platforms (Jira, Confluence, Aha!) Deep understanding of software engineering principles, including agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and product lifecycle management Experience with AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies that can drive innovative product ideas and refine product strategy Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
