Description As a Product Manager on our team, you'll be a part of diverse and supportive team that ensures our technology fulfills Apple's vision of enabling employees to deliver the best Retail experience in the world. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Store Operations, Online, and Marketing teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance the customer experience and optimize business processes in our stores. Our Personalization team focuses on supporting our employees by surfacing relevant product recommendations, customer insights, and creating dynamic workflows to make the shopping experience as seamless and curated as possible. ","responsibilities":"Own the end-to-end product development and delivery lifecycle for technology solutions, from ideation and strategy through execution, launch, and ongoing health/support. This includes creating product vision, roadmap, requirements documents, systems maps, and other outputs for large cross-functional business initiatives. Represent interests of business and technology through the design, development, and deployment of new technology and systems. Ensure coordination of funding, release schedules, communicate status, issue resolution, resource alignment, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with business partners and engineering teams to identify, mobilize, and execute solutions leading design reviews, feature prioritization, and negotiating features to meet release schedules. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading complex technology projects from conception to delivery, including global enterprise-level mobile and web applications, in fast-paced environments. Proven expertise in navigating the full development lifecycle, resolving issues, and applying user experience and interactive design methodologies. Expertise writing detailed business requirements intended for software engineering and UI/UX design; demonstrated success prioritizing work into Epics, User Stories, and writing Acceptance Criteria. Demonstrated ability to work with partners to clarify business problems, identify process/user experience improvement opportunities, and represent business interests during the design and development of technology solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated success prioritizing features, coordinating schedules across platforms, and clearly communicating with partners on roadmaps, delivery status, and change management details. Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and other quantitative and qualitative methods to inform product decisions, optimize features, and drive user engagement and business growth. Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in related field 3+ years of dedicated Product Management experience with a proven track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps from ideation to launch and ongoing support. Experience working with engineering teams to develop tools and technology that align with business and customer experience goals. Expertise writing detailed business requirements intended for software engineering and UI/UX design. Experience gained within a retail, consumer products, consulting, or SaaS company is required. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
