Senior Product Manager - Apple Cloud AI/ML

We are building out machine learning (ML) lifecycle tools that are used by our ML researchers and engineers to build generative AI features for Apple's key services ranging from Music, TV+, Podcasts, iCloud, Apps Store, and Sports. We are seeking experienced Product Managers to work closely with internal ML engineering teams across Apple Services to understand their use cases, workflows, and pain points to improve their developer experience and accelerate ML feature development. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of and experience in machine learning, ML tools, MLOps, data engineering, ML infrastructure and data platforms.

We are looking for technical product managers who understand AI/ML technologies, MLOps, data platforms, and are passionate about working with engineering teams to build production ML pipelines and features. We're seeking self-starters, go-getters, and strategic problem solvers!

Preferred QualificationsStrong technical understanding of machine learning and data and AI.Able to identify and explain challenges to both technical and non-technical personnel.

Experience communicating engineering technical challenges that may affect business timelines.

Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to influence and build consensus in a collaborative way.

Comfortable dealing with challenging priorities spread across multiple customers.

Minimum QualificationsAt least 10+ years product management experience in technical enterprise products, preferably around data and AI.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience building product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.

Strong knowledge of machine learning and generative AI technologies and working knowledge of public cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/others).\
