This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment that bridges manufacturing, sourcing, and design. As part of our team, you'll contribute to the creation of exceptional knitwear for leading brands while developing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the full product development lifecycle from initial design handoff to sample approval. Interpret and process customer tech packs with accuracy. Develop and refine technical specifications based on requirements. Create and maintain detailed cost sheets for samples. Order and track sample yarns and trims. Coordinate with overseas factories on sample progress and feedback. Evaluate samples and prepare fit comments and grading specs. Assist in preparing packages, swatch cards, and line sheets. Support senior product developers with various tasks. Perform office duties, including data entry and administrative support.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Chinese to communicate effectively with overseas factories. Understanding of garment constructions and fit. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thrives under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
