GENERAL SUMMARY
The nCino DAO Enterprise Product Manager and Designer has a crucial role in supporting the Bank's utilization and adoption of the nCino application system for Deposit Account Origination (DAO). This position drives product planning, development, and management to enhance the DAO workflow for streamlined user and client experiences. Working in partnership with business units to address internal business priorities as additional products are added to nCino and working to create architecture for a unified experience. This role serves as a liaison between business and technology teams to align this strategic vision with cross-department stakeholders to shape product roadmap, investment areas and success measures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Pull from market and competitive insights, client needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (target client segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and value propositions). Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Apply best practice techniques to perform basic administration of nCino using Salesforce's comprehensive configuration tools. Develop an nCino release and middleware update management strategy to track major release schedules across all integration platforms to ensure system versions are up to date and tested. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including teams within technology and business partners to deliver high-quality product solutions. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives. Diagnose and resolve end user issues in a manner that exemplifies Cathay Bank's high standards of client service. Work closely with supporting nCino business and technology teams to ensure system changes and implementations deployed accordingly. Assist the Access Security department with managing deposit user access. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends. Design and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to facilitate comprehensive data analysis and provide strategic business insights. Design and implement user stories, ensuring technical debt is managed and addressed. Conduct regular stand-ups and refinement sessions, providing updates on UAT testing and sprint progress. Maintain nCino UAT Sandbox refresh checklist to ensure functionality of nCino's test environment. Manage the Business Change Request (BCR) process by guiding stakeholders through BCR forms submission, documentation for testing and validation, and official sign-off across environments for enhancements and changes. Conduct thorough testing of IT-related configuration changes in nCino and document in accordance with the established change management process to ensure adherence to quality control standards. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into product design and development processes. Keep informed on the latest developments and best practices by consulting resources available through nCino Community knowledge articles and nCino University courses. Additional projects and tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field or equivalent work experience required. nCino Administrator Certification, desired. Salesforce Administrator Certification, desired.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in enterprise product management and design, preferably in the financial services industry, and firm understanding of deposit origination. Experience with workflow and process management. Experience with nCino or Salesforce, desired. Banking experience, desired.
Skills/Ability:
Proficiency in data manipulation or data-related applications. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to create and maintain documentation for technical processes and configurations. Ability to adhere to compliance regulations and policies. Ability to understand business processes, industry trends, and strategic goals. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Strong overall technical background. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
