Lead the Platform Powering a Differentiated Research Ecosystem Prodege operates one of the most differentiated ecosystems in the insights industry: scaled consumer audiences, owned-and-operated member relationships, rewards-driven engagement, proprietary supply, and research demand. At the center of that ecosystem is our Research Management Platform, the system that enables clients to launch studies, access audiences, manage fieldwork, and generate insights efficiently. We are hiring a senior product leader to help shape its next phase of growth. This is not a zero-to-one startup role. It is a chance to modernize and scale a real business with customers, revenue, operating complexity, and clear upside. You will help define how we win in a market being reshaped by AI, faster decision cycles, rising quality expectations, and growing pressure on research teams to do more with less. Strategic Imperative The Sr. Director, Product - Pollfish plays a critical leadership role in shaping the next phase of growth for Prodege's Research Management Platform. This role is responsible for modernizing and scaling a platform that enables clients to launch studies, access audiences, manage fieldwork, and generate insights more efficiently. As the insights industry is reshaped by AI, faster decision cycles, rising quality expectations, and pressure on research teams to do more with less, this leader will define where Prodege invests, how the platform differentiates, and how product strategy translates into measurable business impact. The role will help turn Prodege's proprietary audience assets, consumer engagement ecosystem, operational expertise, and data signals into a stronger product moat. Success requires strong product judgment, commercial ownership, executive-level influence, and the ability to lead product teams through complexity with clarity, urgency, and accountability. Primary Objectives Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning for the Research Management Platform Drive commercial growth, client adoption, retention, and margin improvement through product-led execution Modernize platform workflows through scalable, differentiated, and AI-enabled product capabilities Strengthen product operating discipline, prioritization, delivery confidence, and post-launch accountability Build strong cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Finance Lead, develop, and elevate Product Management talent to support business growth and execution excellence What Success Looks Like in 6 Months Clear market narrative for why clients should choose our platform Stronger self-service funnel conversion Higher retention from improved workflows and product value Faster delivery of high-confidence roadmap bets Better alignment across Product, Sales, Ops, and Engineering Visible progress on AI-enabled workflows that matter to customers Product organization operating at a materially higher level Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. Detailed Job Duties:
(typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives) Translate customer needs, market trends, business priorities, and platform performance data into clear product decisions. Prioritize roadmap investments that improve growth, client adoption, retention, operational efficiency, and margin. Identify opportunities to modernize research workflows through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable platform improvements. Define success measures for key product initiatives and evaluate performance before and after launch. Strengthen product management practices across prioritization, roadmap planning, requirements, documentation, and launch readiness. Communicate product recommendations, tradeoffs, risks, and business impact clearly to executive stakeholders. Partner with internal stakeholders to align roadmap priorities with business outcomes.

proactively demonstrate and cultivate a culture of cooperative collaboration, strong work ethic, solutions-orientation, quality focus, results-orientation, relaxed/enjoyable atmosphere, team- and individual- celebration, and company/product pride
The MUST Haves:
(ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses) Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Technology, Market Research, Data, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Twelve or more (12+) years of product management experience, including significant senior-level product leadership responsibility. Demonstrated experience leading and developing Product Management talent in a people-manager capacity. Proven ownership of meaningful platforms, product lines, revenue streams, or business-critical product areas, not limited to isolated feature ownership. Experience in one or more relevant product environments, such as research technology, insights platforms, marketplaces, adtech, martech, SaaS workflow software, data products, or commercially driven platform businesses. Strong commercial orientation, with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, margin, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, prioritize investments, make tradeoffs, and drive execution in a complex operating environment. Strong understanding of platform products, client workflows, customer experience, data-informed decision-making, and scalable product operating practices. Ability to identify practical AI and automation opportunities that create measurable customer, operational, or commercial value. Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leaders clearly, concisely, and with evidence-based recommendations. Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Engineering, Sales, Client Success, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders. Experience in the market research, consumer insights, survey technology, audience, or panel industry. Experience scaling a self-service SaaS, research, workflow, marketplace, or data platform with existing customers and revenue. Experience modernizing legacy or operationally complex platforms into more scalable, automated, and customer-friendly product experiences.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 to $250,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
