You will directly build features, optimize treatment journeys using autonomous AI agents, and run experiments to improve patient outcomes. What You Will Do Build and enhance autonomous AI agents using n8n and other automation tools to guide patients through personalized treatment journeys. Analyze product and clinical data to surface insights, scoping new features that improve patient acquisition, engagement, and retention. Design and execute A/B tests and rapid experiments to measure the efficacy of AI-driven initiatives and dose optimization models. The ideal candidate Holds a degree in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Biology, or a similar life/behavioral science field, with a strong academic or clinical foundation. Demonstrates technical curiosity through hands-on experience with AI APIs, automation workflows, or low-code platforms like n8n. Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex patient needs into functional, data-backed product features. Who are Jack & Jill?
