Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NPI/NPD Program Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) programs for a next-generation semiconductor automation platform. The ideal candidate will drive product development from concept through design, validation, pilot builds, and manufacturing release while coordinating global cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. 5+ years of Program Management experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) programs. Strong understanding of Phase-Gate/Product Development & Introduction (PDI) methodologies. Experience managing engineering development and manufacturing release programs. Expertise with BOM management, configuration control, change management, and release-to-manufacturing processes. Experience leading prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and pilot build activities. Strong knowledge of Design Verification (DV) and Product Validation (PV) testing. Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, and Excel. Experience working with ERP, MRP, and PLM systems. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end NPI programs from concept, design, validation, pilot builds, and manufacturing release. Drive NPD initiatives, product enhancements, and customer-specific customizations. Manage global manufacturing readiness and transition from U.S. pilot production to high-volume manufacturing in Malaysia. Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, dashboards, risk registers, and governance processes. Ensure BOM completeness, sourcing readiness, configuration management, and manufacturing scalability. Lead risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, and Service organizations. Deliver executive-level status reporting on program health, risks, milestones, and financial performance.
