Job Description

Job Summary Our entertainment/media client is looking for a Product Manager to own data-informed product strategy and delivery across their consumer-facing digital experiences and ecommerce platforms on a 52-week contract, at their Glendale, CA office. This role centers on running discovery, defining strategy and roadmaps, and using experimentation and analytics to drive product and messaging decisions across two active projects, one of which carries a marketing skew focused on acquisition and retention messaging. The right candidate brings 5+ years of product management experience with digital software development, a strong foundation in data and A/B testing, and hands-on experience with at least one analytics tool (Adobe Analytics ideal). An ecommerce and consumer-facing background is the priority. This role does not have a hard onsite requirement but does go onsite when needed to Glendale, CA. Core Responsibilities Own data-informed product strategy across two projects, running deep discovery on banner and placement work Define, run, and analyze A/B tests, working through hypotheses to drive product and messaging decisions Pull and interpret analytics in Adobe Analytics and Tableau to inform strategy and measure outcomes Translate customer and business needs into requirements and user stories Build roadmaps, define success measurements, and execute alongside cross-functional teams in an agile environment Support acquisition and retention messaging strategy on the Chase Visa project, identifying placements across the digital experience Manage and update user-facing digital experiences using content management systems Partner cross-functionally to move work from discovery into delivery and keep projects on track Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of product management experience with digital software development Strong foundation in data and experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven decision making) Hands-on experience with at least one analytics tool (Adobe Analytics strongly preferred) Understanding of ecommerce systems and platforms General understanding of digital experience and the consumer journey Proficiency in Jira General understanding of content management systems Very detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Local to Glendale, CA and able to commute to the HUB Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Contentsquare, and other experimentation tools Consumer-facing services background Marketing, growth, or lifecycle messaging experience (acquisition/retention) Experience within hospitality and/or technology industries Familiarity with Smartsheet and Confluence Familiarity with design principles and best practices Familiarity with DevOps and test automation principles Key Competencies and Behaviors Data and hypothesis-driven, lets experimentation guide decisions rather than gut Comfortable owning strategy while staying close to delivery Strong communicator who brings clarity and direction through writing and conversation Flexes between business and technical thinking Very detail oriented and organized across multiple projects Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $57.00 and $62.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
