DESCRIPTION
Amazon Key for Business and Ring team seeks a senior leader to launch and scale a new business critical product portfolio. This role requires end-to-end ownership across product design, supply chain design and management, procurement, project finance, legal, business development, and customer support. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, out-of-the box thinker, complex problem solver, strong collaboration, and should excel at delivering consistent and sustainable results independently in fast-paced environments. Key job responsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:
Product Leadership:
Enable end-to-end development from design through mass production, managing technical specifications, industrial design, and mechanical/electrical engineering requirements. Drive product roadmap aligned with customer needs across construction sites, retail locations, and community spaces.Supply Chain & Operations:
Own complete supply chain design and management, including vendor development, component sourcing strategy, manufacturing process optimization, and quality assurance programs. Manage procurement of specialized components including custom made assemblies.Cross-Functional Execution:
Coordinate across legal, project finance, business development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product launch. Manage Statement of Work agreements, compliance requirements, and regulatory certifications.Program Management:
Oversee milestone delivery from multiple validation tests, managing build schedules, device allocation, and factory readiness reviews. Drive first-party and third-party testing protocols including environmental, mechanical, and electrical validation.Required Qualifications Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of hardware product development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations. Experience with outdoor-rated electronics, power management systems, and IoT connectivity solutions.Leadership Capabilities:
Proven ability to deliver results independently in fast-paced environments with ambiguous requirements. Track record of launching complex hardware products from concept to mass production.Problem-Solving Skills:
Demonstrated capability to navigate complex technical and business challenges, balancing cost, quality, and timeline constraints. Experience resolving cross-functional conflicts and driving consensus.Customer Focus:
Obsession with understanding end-user needs and translating them into product requirements. Ability to balance professional security aesthetics with functional performance requirements.Success Metrics:
Deliver supply chain efficiency for both forward and reverse legs, seamless customer and vendor experience, and expedite scale up this productWW. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or ownerPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
