This role will be responsible for executing product development from design handoff through production approval while ensuring product quality, timelines, and cost objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about apparel development and construction. Key Responsibilities Product Development Manage development timelines from design handoff through production approval Coordinate development with factories, mills, trim suppliers, and vendors Track all development submits including lab dips, strike-offs, fit samples, PPS samples, and TOP samples Review samples and communicate fit, construction, and quality comments Maintain tech packs, BOMs, and development records Support sourcing of fabrics, trims, and construction solutions Calendar & Workflow Management Monitor development calendars and approvals Follow up on sample deadlines and vendor commitments Track development status across multiple styles and programs Maintain organized development tracking systems Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with design, sales, and production teams Support seasonal line development and launch readiness Help improve development processes and workflows Qualifications 3-5 years of apparel product development experience Understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrics, trims, and manufacturing Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and follow-up skills Preferred Experience Fashion, activewear, or private label apparel experience Overseas factory communication experience PLM, ERP, Excel, and Google Workspace proficiency Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$80,000 annually (negotiable based on experience) Health benefits PTO and paid holidays Growth opportunities within a growing organization
