Job Description:
About the role We are looking for a Product Developer to support the product development process from concept through production. This person will work closely with cross-functional partners and external vendors to help keep development on track, maintain accurate product information, and ensure styles move forward on schedule. What you'll do Support product development activities throughout the lifecycle, from initial concept to production handoff Create and revise sketches, CADs, and related development materials Help prepare and maintain technical packages and product specifications Track sample progress, development milestones, and key deadlines Coordinate daily communication with vendors, factories, and external partners Partner with design, production, and sourcing teams to confirm product details and accuracy Assist with fittings and document feedback related to construction, fit, and quality Maintain product data, revisions, line sheets, and status updates in internal systems Support fabric, garment care, and labeling follow-up as needed Manage sample shipments and receiving logistics What we're looking for Approximately 3 years of experience in product development, technical development, or a related apparel function Background in technical design, patternmaking, or product development is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel Ability to create detailed sketches and CADs Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with garment fittings, construction, and quality considerations Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
