The Workroom LA / Thread & Supply Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time | In-Office Thread & Supply is seeking a highly organized, operationally driven Product Manager to help oversee and connect the full product lifecycle across our growing organization. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, production, sales, logistics, ecommerce, and marketing. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building structure and accountability, and is passionate about helping products successfully move from concept to launch. We are looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who can drive cross-functional alignment while maintaining strong visibility into timelines, priorities, and execution. Responsibilities Help oversee product lifecycle management from development through launch and delivery Maintain visibility into product status, priorities, risks, and milestones Coordinate cross-functional communication between design, merchandising, production, sales, logistics, ecommerce, and marketing teams Manage and maintain seasonal calendars, launch schedules, sample deadlines, and key milestones Help ensure all styles are fully launch-ready across ecommerce, photography, sales, and tradeshow needs Track launch readiness and support accountability across teams Assist with SKU tracking, reporting, inventory visibility, and product performance analysis Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement scalable process improvements Partner closely with leadership to improve organizational alignment and execution Support retailer delivery timing and launch coordination Qualifications 4+ years of experience in apparel product management, merchandising, production, or related operational roles Strong organizational and project management skills Experience working cross-functionally within apparel or fashion businesses Strong understanding of apparel calendars, product lifecycle management, and launch processes Excellent communication and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Highly detail-oriented and operationally minded Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and organizational systems Experience with ERP systems and Airtable strongly preferred Wholesale apparel experience preferred What we're looking for We are looking for someone who: Takes ownership naturally Brings structure and clarity to complex workflows Communicates proactively Can balance strategy with execution Enjoys building systems and improving operations Works well collaboratively and in-person with multiple teams Is excited to help scale and strengthen a growing fashion organization About Thread & Supply Thread & Supply is a Los Angeles-based women's apparel brand focused on creating versatile, elevated everyday clothing with an emphasis on comfort, quality, and wearability.
