We're looking for an experienced data platform product leader who is passionate about data infrastructure, analytics enablement, and AI/ML foundations. This leader will drive the modernization of our data platform to support self-service analytics, governed data access, and AI-ready data infrastructure—serving thousands of data practitioners across the company. Responsibilities Scope You will lead product management for the Data Platform portfolio:
Data Infrastructure & Processing Data Lakehouse:
Modern data architecture enabling governed, self-service access to enterprise data
Data Pipelines & Processing :
Batch and streaming data processing at scale
Data Quality & Governance:
Data quality frameworks, lineage tracking, and governance policies
Analytics & AI Enablement Self-Service Analytics:
Tools enabling data practitioners to discover, access, and analyze data
AI/ML Data Foundations:
Data infrastructure supporting model training, feature stores, and AI-ready datasets
Business Intelligence:
Dashboarding, reporting, and metrics platforms Responsibilities Drive overall product vision, strategy and execution for Data platform products Build, maintain and ensure the delivery of a product roadmap based on immersive, hands-on customer interactions Build a world-class data product organization with strong customer-backed mindset Foster innovation and industry thought leadership for data and data platform capabilities Develop systems for measuring success using data-driven decision making Drive engineering requirements, product build-out and delivery Lead platform modernization from legacy architecture to modern lakehouse patterns Partner deeply with engineering leaders to drive platform reliability and adoption
Qualifications Must Have:
10-15+ years building world-class SaaS/Platform software products Genuine passion for customers with laser-focus on their experience Strategic thinker with ability to align AI initiatives with business goals Demonstrated success driving AI solutions within digital environments Extensive experience leading products across the lifecycle of paid and subscription software Partners across the org to deliver business results in a product ecosystem environment Seasoned people leader who can effectively recruit, develop and retain top product talent Nice to
Have:
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms Background in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data science Experience with AI/ML data infrastructure (feature stores, MLOps) Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
