Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. 3 years of experience managing or leading teams. Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects. Preferred qualifications:
Experience gathering and analyzing data to uncover insights, with a proven ability to synthesize and simplify complex information into actionable strategies. People management experience. Track record of managing complex systems, cross-functional stakeholder groups, and change management initiatives. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with outstanding business judgment, communication, and prioritization skills. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent business or technical concepts with executive leadership. As a key member of the extended Education leadership team, you will help shape the cross-Google narrative for Google for Education (GfE). You will drive long-range planning, facilitate high-stakes investment trade-offs, align on and drive measurement, and lead a multi-year overarching strategy and orchestrate the strategic roadmap required to scale Google's impact to 1 billion students globally. Responsibilities Collaborate with Education leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify key strategic questions and translate long-term goals and strategy into defined projects. Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals. Define Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to strategic goals, and post-implementation impact analysis. Direct and co-ordinate annual planning activities for the Education portfolio. Drive end-to-end operational excellence to ensure flawless execution of the highest-priority goals.
