LP Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the development of AI-native capabilities for our product, design, and research teams. This role will drive the acceleration of our end-to-end product development lifecycle by creating and scaling innovative AI tools and workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI and agentic technologies to transform how our teams invent and deliver customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives to accelerate PM, Design, and Research craft through identifying high-leverage opportunities. Develop and execute an adaptive product strategy for AI-native tooling and agent-driven workflows. Drive the roadmap for AI capabilities that compress the product development lifecycle. Partner across PM, Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Utilize data-driven approaches to define success metrics, prioritize requirements, and communicate impact and progress.

Must-Have Skills:

6+ years of product management experience, including building 0-to-1 products and shipping AI-centric products. Deep knowledge and experience with AI tools like Claude and Cursor, and their application to PM/XD job functions. Demonstrated ability to recognize, learn, and apply new AI and agentic technologies to solve craft problems.
