The Project Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication between departments, helping teams stay aligned on timelines, approvals, documentation, samples, testing, and launch readiness. Coordinate communication across R D, Operations, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other internal teams. Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor workflows within the project management platform. Collect and organize stakeholder feedback, approvals, updates, samples, and testing details. Identify potential risks, delays, or project issues early and escalate them to the appropriate team members. Support new product development, product launch, and commercialization activities from concept through launch readiness.
