Required Qualifications:
Strong experience in relevant domain/technology area Proficiency in required tools, platforms, or programming languages (role dependent) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with enterprise tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.) Domain knowledge (e.g., healthcare, finance, telecom, government, CX platforms) Exposure to automation, APIs, or system integrations Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions Design, develop, test, and implement scalable and efficient solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, development, QA, and operations Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and process flows Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and quality standards
