Location:
Candidates must be Bay Area-based; the role is mostly remote with light periodic in-person collaboration required in the Palo Alto, Mountain View, or Sunnyvale area. Team collaboration site/location is currently being finalized. Occasional travel may be required for creator meetings, conferences, webinars, industry events, strategic partnership discussions, and community-building initiatives. KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Senior Product Manager - B2B Fintech Trading & Investment Platforms (AI Decision Systems) We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Trading & Investment Experience to deepen the platform's core fintech product capabilities across trading, portfolio, strategy, risk, and account-related workflows. This role is focused on making the platform more useful, credible, and complete for professional discretionary investors, fund managers, and eventually family offices. You will work alongside the AI Product Manager, who focuses on AI-native product experience, agent workflows, and AI interaction design. Your focus will be on financial product depth, investment workflow correctness, trading and portfolio experience, and feature expansion within the platform's existing product direction. This role will work heavily on professional investor workflows, decision-support systems, portfolio/risk workflows, and ensuring financial product experiences are accurate, trustworthy, and aligned with real-world investing and trading expectations. The platform combines structured workflows, AI-generated insights, risk analysis, strategy evaluation, portfolio management, and investment decision-support tooling. A key challenge is balancing usability, financial correctness, transparency, and speed of iteration. Strong product judgment around trading workflows, portfolio/risk concepts, user trust, and financial workflow edge cases will be important for success in this role. What You Will Own Build deeper fintech product capabilities across trading, portfolio, strategy, risk, and account workflows Define product requirements for trading-related experiences, including order flow, positions, funding/account context, trade confirmation, and portfolio views Improve strategy evaluation, performance analytics, risk management, and investment decision workflows Translate professional investor workflows into clear, usable product features Partner with AI Product, design, engineering, quant, and leadership to make the platform more useful for sophisticated investors Improve onboarding, activation, and retention through stronger investment workflows and product depth Identify product gaps in the platform's current fintech experience and define practical iteration plans Ensure financial product flows are intuitive, trustworthy, and aligned with user expectations in trading and investing products Support the platform's evolution from Beta into a more complete investment product for professional users Help ensure users correctly understand risk, exposure, uncertainty, strategy trade-offs, and portfolio performance concepts Work closely with AI Product to ensure AI capabilities are grounded in real trading, portfolio, strategy, and investment workflows Help shape workflows that support informed decision-making rather than black-box automation Key Product Areas Trading and order-related workflows Brokerage / account-related product experience Portfolio views and positions Strategy evaluation and comparison Risk management and exposure analysis Performance analytics and reporting Professional investor workflows Family office / high-value investor use cases Investment decision-support experiences Risk-aware portfolio and strategy workflows Product Ownership Boundary This role is focused on fintech product depth and investment workflow quality. The AI Product Manager will own AI-native product experience, agent workflow design, AI output structure, and human-AI interaction patterns. You will collaborate closely with the AI Product Manager to ensure the platform's AI capabilities are grounded in real trading, portfolio, strategy, and risk workflows. This role is focused on financial product correctness, workflow depth, investment usability, and professional investor expectations rather than AI interaction design ownership. Key Product Principles The platform is a decision-support system, not an automated trading black box AI provides analysis and recommendations; users make final decisions Financial product experiences must be accurate, explainable, and trustworthy Professional users need depth, control, and transparency Product decisions should balance usability, financial correctness, risk awareness, and speed of iteration Users should clearly understand risk, uncertainty, exposure, and trade-offs across investment decisions and strategies What Success Looks Like First 3 Months Identify the biggest gaps in the platform's current trading, portfolio, strategy, and risk experiences Define a prioritized fintech product roadmap for Beta iteration Improve product requirements quality for core investment workflows Align with AI Product, design, engineering, quant, and leadership on fintech product priorities Establish strong understanding of professional investor workflow expectations and product gaps 6 Months Ship meaningful improvements to trading, portfolio, strategy evaluation, and risk-related workflows Improve onboarding and activation for professional investor users Increase user trust through clearer financial UX, stronger workflow depth, and improved risk presentation Establish a repeatable feedback loop with professional users and internal stakeholders 12 Months The platform has a more complete and credible fintech product experience Professional investors can use the platform for deeper strategy evaluation, portfolio understanding, and risk-aware decision support Key onboarding, activation, and retention metrics improve The platform is better positioned for professional investors, fund managers, and family office users Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience within fintech, trading, brokerage, investing, wealth management, portfolio management, or related financial products required Experience building fintech, trading, brokerage, investment, portfolio management, or financial decision-support platforms required Strong understanding of professional investor, trading, brokerage, portfolio, and investment workflows required Strong understanding of investment workflows, trading workflows, portfolio views, account flows, and risk / performance concepts required Ability to translate complex financial workflows into clear product requirements and usable experiences required Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize depth, usability, trust, transparency, and financial correctness required Ability to work closely with engineering, design, quant, data, and AI product teams required Preferred Experience at fintech, brokerage, trading, investment platform, market infrastructure, or financial technology companies strongly preferred Experience at Robinhood, Coinbase, Interactive Brokers, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Wealthfront, Betterment, Bloomberg, Plaid, Stripe, Ramp, Brex, or similar fintech / trading / financial infrastructure companies strongly preferred Experience building products for professional investors, fund managers, RIAs, advisors, institutional users, or family offices Experience designing or improving workflow-oriented, data-heavy, or decision-support products Experience improving onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention for financial products Familiarity with AI-powered, data-heavy, automation, or decision-support products Understanding of strategy evaluation, portfolio construction, exposure analysis, risk controls, or performance attribution Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive financial environments Experience working with cross-region product or engineering teams Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage product environment Strong attention to financial workflow edge cases, transparency, and user trust Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred due to cross-regional collaboration Working Style Deeply user-focused, especially around professional investor workflows Strong attention to financial product detail and edge cases Comfortable balancing user experience with financial correctness Able to work across product, design, financial product depth You are unfamiliar with trading, investing, brokerage, or portfolio workflows You prefer high-level product strategy without owning detailed product requirements You are uncomfortable working with complex financial concepts or risk-sensitive workflows You are not interested in AI-native product transformation You are uncomfortable balancing financial correctness, usability, transparency, and workflow complexity Compensation Base salary range: $180,000 - $250,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications Actual compensation may vary based on
