Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong experience in relevant domain or technology area Proficiency in required tools, platforms, or programming languages Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments Strong understanding of SDLC or project lifecycle management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or automation tools Experience with enterprise tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Workfront, etc.) Domain expertise (CX, finance, healthcare, government, telecom, etc.) Experience with APIs, integrations, or data platforms Certifications such as PMP, CSM, AWS, Azure, or domain-specific certifications
