Key Requirements:
#healthcare2026 Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field 10+ years of chemical R D experience 5+ years in the Aerospace industry Experience with Stage-Gate product development processes Proven leadership managing technical teams and innovation portfolios Experience presenting technical solutions to Aerospace OEMs and Tier-1 suppliersResponsibilities:
Lead aerospace product development and innovation programs Drive technical roadmaps and technology strategy Manage intellectual property and patent initiatives Support customer technical issues and root cause investigations Oversee laboratory operations, safety, and capital investments Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, sales, and marketing teamsBenefits:
