We are Hiring Product Solutions Lead -(Full-time, Hybrid) MeeruAI | Pleasanton, California We're hiring a Product Solutions Lead at MeeruAI. This is a unique role for someone who sits at the intersection of product, technology, customer relationships, sales, and executive-level storytelling . We're looking for someone who can understand a complex AI-native finance product, translate it into clear customer value, lead thoughtful demos and discovery conversations, and build trust with both executives and technical teams. Role Summary Experience in accounting, finance, ERP systems, or enterprise back-office workflows is a strong plus. Still, the most important qualities are curiosity, product intuition, technical fluency, relationship skills, and the ability to tell a compelling customer story. This role is ideal for someone with a background in solutions consulting, sales engineering, product management, product marketing, customer success, finance transformation, or enterprise SaaS implementation. What You'll Do Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support customer conversations, demos, discovery sessions, and solution design. Understand customer pain points across accounting, finance, close, reconciliation, variance analysis, reporting, and enterprise operations. Translate MeeruAI's product capabilities into clear business value for CFOs, Controllers, CAOs, Finance Operations leaders, IT, and business stakeholders. Lead or support product demonstrations that are tailored, credible, and outcome-oriented. Help shape customer-specific narratives, use cases, business cases, and implementation pathways. Capture customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Product and Engineering. Support sales cycles by helping prospects understand what the product does, how it works, and why it matters. Build trusted relationships with customer executives, functional leaders, and technical teams. Help develop reusable sales assets, demo scripts, solution briefs, FAQs, and customer-facing materials. Serve as a bridge between what customers need, what the product can do today, and where the product should go next. Strongly Preferred Experience in accounting, finance, audit, ERP, FP&A, controllership, finance operations, or enterprise back-office workflows. Experience with SaaS, AI, data platforms, automation, analytics, or enterprise applications. Prior experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Customer Success leader, or Implementation Lead. Experience supporting CFO, Controller, CAO, or finance transformation buyers. Familiarity with systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Coupa, Zip, Snowflake, or similar enterprise platforms.
