Job Description

Product Developer A well-known fashion brand is currently seeking a Product Developer to support the product lifecycle from concept through production. This person will partner closely with Design, Technical Design, Production, Sourcing, and Vendor teams to help ensure product is developed and delivered on time while meeting quality, cost, and brand standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage product development from concept through production approval Coordinate sample development, fittings, approvals, and production readiness Track development calendars, milestones, and key deliverables Partner cross-functionally with Design, Technical Design, Production, and Sourcing teams Communicate with domestic and overseas vendors regarding development status, costing, and timelines Maintain product specifications, BOMs, tech packs, and development documentation Monitor WIP reports and proactively address development risks Support fabric, trim, and raw material development as needed
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of Product Development experience within apparel, accessories, or consumer products Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from concept through production Experience working with overseas vendors and factories Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PLM experience preferred Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
