About the job In this role, you will partner closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Program Management teams to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development and launch. You will lead the charge in forward-deploying AI into the Revenue Strategy Organization (RSO), identifying current manual use cases and transforming them into intelligent, AI-enabled solutions and workflows. In this cross-functional role, you will be a dynamic leader where you will be given significant autonomy and ownership over your work which will have a lasting impact on the future of Google Ads.

Responsibilities Develop, test, and drive the application of AI-driven solutions that transform how technical systems and sales strategies intersect. Define a clear goal for your area, identifying where manual processes are slowing us down and where we need to go to drive a fully AI-enabled operational roadmap. Identify gaps in current solutions where AI can create efficiencies or breakthroughs, prioritize those needs and craft strong business cases to validate the importance of new AI feature requests. Translate business requirements for AI solutions to Product Management and Engineering teams, acting as the translator between business operations and technical product development. Derive critical insights from product metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to identify prime opportunities for AI intervention, while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional global stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs.
