Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Product Developer, where you'll play a crucial role in driving product development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with design teams and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data management. Responsibilities Facilitate product development by serving as a liaison with design teams. Compile and analyze cost data for various styles, identifying and addressing discrepancies. Manage sampling and prototype processes, coordinating with mills and vendors for timely delivery. Initiate and maintain Time/Action calendars for key programs, ensuring deadlines are met. Build and nurture strong partnerships with design, pre-production, and production teams. Skills Proficiency in data analysis and cost management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in data and processes. Preferred Skills Experience in the fashion or retail industry. Familiarity with product development cycles and timelines. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
