  • San Francisco, CA) We are seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support product development execution and act as an interface with Design teams.
The role focuses on cost management, sampling coordination, vendor communication, and ensuring timely execution of development milestones. This is a 40-hour per week, 6-month contract, an onsite role in San Francisco, CA. This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
  • Support product development execution and serve as an interface with Design teams.
  • Enter, compile, and analyze costs for all styles and highlight discrepancies.
  • Support sampling and prototype processes by tracking samples and working with mills and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Initiate Time & Action calendars for key programs.
  • Communicate with vendors and cross-functional partners to ensure deadlines are met and data accuracy is maintained.
  • Build strong partnerships with Design, Pre-Production, and Production teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in product development, sourcing, or production coordination.
  • Strong understanding of costing processes and cost analysis.
  • Experience tracking samples and supporting prototype development.
  • Knowledge of Time & Action (T&A) calendars and production timelines.
  • Strong vendor communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
