- Your Impact
- :•As the Senior Staff Product Manager, you will serve as the architect of the "AI Development Factory," a unified platform that empowers builders to ingest data, curate training sets, and deploy enterprise-grade AI models.
You will define the strategic roadmap for end-to-end AI/ML lifecycles, ensuring our tools provide seamless, secure, and performant model development. You will drive the integration of robust governance and guardrails to control model behavior and ensure compliance with security policies. Additionally, you will build and scale platform observability layers to allow users to trace performance and debug complex multi-step workflows. Your success will be measured by your ability to bridge the gap between raw data lakes and production-grade AI, ultimately shipping a world-class platform to our global customers.
- Minimum Qualifications
- :•+ Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of related experience, orMaster'sdegree plus 8 years, or PhD plus 5 years in •Product Management with a focus on AI/ML platform products•.
+ Demonstrated experience in the AI/ML lifecycle, including model fine-tuning (SFT/RLHF), orchestration architectures, and data ingestion pipelines (ETL/ELT). + Experience implementing security protocols, compliance frameworks, and guardrails within AI or software development platforms. + Proven experience in building or managing observability tools, tracing, or monitoring systems for distributed systems or ML models. + Proficiencyin SQL and Python for data analysis and managing large-scale data flows into AI-ready formats.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: + .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; + 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; + 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and + Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
