San Jose, CA The Opportunity The E2E Product Integration Manager is accountable for the execution of integrating products, systems, and data across Client s business capabilities. Enable product and system integration ad data lineage through an M&A transitions. This individual will work with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Strategy to gather and prioritize critical business requirements. This person will also partner with System Analysts and Development teams to design, develop, and deliver business capability solutions that provide accuracy, value, and exceptional user experiences. What You ll Do Lead integration across Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting, and Support systems, ensuring alignment with the Client and Acquired company s processes. Drive system and data integration strategies for recent M&A. Navigate the needs of multiple cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and contending priorities, achieving consensus on what is best to scale Client.
Develop relevant artifacts:
Market Problem Statements/Definitions, Personas, Roadmaps, Value/Success Metrics, Scope, MVPs and Epics. Collaborate with other product managers to define the roadmap, anticipate future business needs, and align Client s selling motion to target architecture. Coordinate between stakeholders and Client Technology Services (IT) product management for resolving cross-team product issues. Define and detail processes, policies, success metrics, reports, risks/dependencies, and mitigation plans. Translate business requirements into Agile epics and user-stories. Work with QA to define test criteria/scripts for releases while driving business tester UAT. Represent end-to-end processes across upstream (Product, Marketing) and downstream (Revenue Ops, Services, Support) teams. Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2-3 years implementing Sales processes (e.g., M2L, L2Q, or Q2C, or similar). Strong experience working with data, understanding data lineage and governance across platforms to support reporting and operational readiness. Experience with system transformations and data integrations across enterprise platforms. Experience developing and communicating strategic roadmaps and achieving agreement with leadership. Proficient with using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to activate operational scale, innovation, and high-quality business outcomes on time, on budget, and with measurable impact Experience working in CRMs (Salesforce, MSFT Dynamics) is required, ideally within a SaaS based E2E enterprise or mid-market selling motion. Familiarity with marketing, sales, and support platforms and their interdependencies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, and communicate successfully with individual contributors, management, and executives. Strong soft skills with a distinctive ability to empower, motivate and influence others without authority or a direct reporting relationship. Bachelors degree required.
