Job Details Marketing Product Integration Manager (Contractor) Long Term Contract San Jose, CA Role Summary The Product Manager role will drive the prioritization, planning, and execution of M&A integration for marketing systems. The candidate is passionate about the Marketing process, technical capabilities of AEP, CJA, AJO, and Marketo. This person will partner with users, Product Managers, System Analysts, and Development teams to support and deliver technology solutions that provide exceptional user experiences. What You ll Do Partner with the business to understand current and future needs to deliver high-value technical solutions that support the integration of an M&A Communicate and align with internal partners on plans and launches Partner with other teams that own and manage integrated systems Analyze internal customer feedback, reported issues, product performance, and recommend potential solutions based on analysis Navigate the needs of multiple cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and contending priorities, achieving consensus on what is best to scale.
Develop relevant artifacts:
Market Problem Statements/Definitions, Personas, Roadmaps, Value/Success Metrics, Scope, MVPs and Epics. Define and detail processes, policies, success metrics, reports, risks/dependencies, and mitigation plans. Translate business requirements into Agile epics and user-stories. Work with QA to define test criteria/scripts for releases while driving business tester UAT. What You Need to Succeed 3-5 years of product management experience, and experience launching large-scale technology solutions while supporting organizational change is required Experience and knowledge within the Market to Lead process, Marketing Operations, and integration of Marketing enterprise systems Experience working in Marketing Tools (Marketo, AEP, CJA, AJO) is highly desired, ideally within a SaaS based E2E enterprise selling motion. Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences; as well as communicate effectively to individual contributors, management, and executive leadership Experience presenting and advocating programs to internal partners and users Strong communications skills, with the distinctive ability to empower and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills - you respectfully facilitate teams to the successful mitigation of issues Bachelor s degree required; expertise in working with Marketing solutions or related function is highly desirable Extensive knowledge of customer master data model concepts and processes for auditing and maintaining data integrity
